Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Talent Acquisition Specialist Should Have
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the business services industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
