The Talent Acquisition Specialist for end-to-end recruitment across the APJ (Asia Pacific & Japan) region. The role includes sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APJ markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and provide hiring updates.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple APJ countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
