Recruitment Strategy and Execution

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Lead recruitment efforts for critical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.

Stakeholder Partnership

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.

Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.

Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business objectives.

Recruitment Operations

Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports.

Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

Leadership & Team Support

Serve as a mentor and resource for Talent Acquisition Specialists and junior recruiters by sharing best practices and providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment processes.

Promote recruitment excellence through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in implementing recruitment initiatives and strategic hiring projects.
