Role Summary

The Systems Engineer manages enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, identity management, and backup systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Ensure patching compliance and system security
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents escalated from Service Desk
• Implement infrastructure automation and optimization

• Minimum 5 years systems engineering experience
• Experience supporting BPO infrastructure environments
