System Support Officer SAP

ACMobility is looking for a Systems Support Officer with strong expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of operational systems across the organization. This supervisory role is critical in ensuring seamless system integration, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of business processes aligned with ACMobility’s strategic goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Systems Analysts and Programmers to ensure effective execution and professional growth
• Manage and implement IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and oversee system development and rollout
• Maintain and support software applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1), including system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement
• Proven management experience in leading technical teams and projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis/design
• 2–3 years of project management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with AWS and a continuous desire to learn
