The purpose of this role is to ensure that strategic Corporate Social Responsibility projects of the Company positively impact the community thereby helping achieve overall strategic initiatives and evolving business objectives, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable prevailing laws, rules and regulations, as well as internal policies of the company. In return this will add brand value, meet stakeholder demands, increase efficiency, attract valuable talent, and create new opportunities for the business.

Accountabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
  • Lead end to end planning, execution, and evaluation of Charitable Donations
  • Streamline donation processes in line with local and global standards
  • Partner cross functionally (Comms, Legal, Finance, Compliance) to drive awareness and credibility
  • Monitor political, regulatory, and business developments to align contributions with business strategy
  • Project Management
  • Screen and assess new projects, preparing viability and impact reports
  • Conduct impact and risk assessments in compliance with laws and PMI policies
  • Provide technical guidance to partners to ensure effective end to end implementation
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and manage relationships with government, NGOs, donors, partners, and institutions
  • Coordinate with senior management and internal teams to support organizational growth initiatives
  • Budget Management
  • Ensure timely payments and full compliance with PMI and finance policies
  • Monitor spend and manage approved budgets effectively
  • Expected Experience and Knowledge
  • Strong background in project management
  • Experience in governance and compliance
  • MNC or consumer goods industry experience preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Executive level stakeholder engagement and influence across government bodies, regulators, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Demonstrated leadership in governing complex, multi stakeholder initiatives within regulated environments
  • Deep expertise in corporate governance, compliance, policy development, and legal risk management
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification, with the ability to apply sound legal judgment to strategic, operational, and reputational decisions
  • Strong autonomy and accountability, with a proven ability to translate regulatory, legal, and business insights into decisive, compliant action

Work Location: The Finance Center, Bonifacio Global City
