Supply Planning Specialist (MRP)

The position exists to ensure tax stamps are readily available in sourcing factories to produce orders, while minimizing cost and avoiding demurrage. The scope of coverage includes the entire Philippine market and external customers in terms of service.

To goal is to lead and optimize the management of tax stamps and prepaid excise tax processes, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and seamless integration with SAP systems. The role is critical in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing financial exposure, and driving process improvements across tax stamp-related operations.

As the Supply Planning Specialist (MRP) in the area of Supply Chain, you will

• Ensure efficient inventory levels of tax stamps to avoid overstocking or shortages, balancing operational needs with costs.
• Manage timely and accurate ordering of tax stamps through the IRSIS platform, ensuring alignment with production and regulatory timelines.
• Strategically plan excise tax payments to optimize cash flow while maintaining sufficient inventory coverage.
• Monitor and manage tax stamp volumes for adequate insurance coverage and timely top-up of prepaid excise taxes as needed.
• Lead the end-to-end transition of tax stamp-related processes into SAP, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• A graduate of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management within a sales and distribution environment.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of SAP, especially the MRP module.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
