Role Overview

The Supply Chain Finance Analyst supports finance operations across the Asia Pacific region by managing month-end close activities, inventory accounting, financial analysis, and operational reporting. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, support business planning, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and review results completed by third-party service providers.
• Prepare financial analyses, including purchase price variance, gross profit, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and inventory in-transit analysis.
• Manage intercompany pricing activities.
• Reconcile inventory-related balance sheet accounts along with selected prepaid and accrual clearing accounts.
• Support local finance teams during business planning and budget update processes.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements by preparing supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve inventory-related issues and respond to finance queries.
• Prepare inventory purchase information for regional treasury hedging activities.
• Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, audit, or financial shared services environments.
• Experience using ERP systems is required; SAP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and teamwork skil
• ls.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
