Job Description
The CXC Governance Expert provides operational and governance support to the Customer Experience Creation (CXC) organization, with primary responsibility for Financial Management, Process Governance, and Executive Business Partner Support.
The role acts as a trusted partner to the CXC Head, ensuring effective budget management, operational governance, leadership reporting, and process discipline across the organization. This position helps drive organizational efficiency, visibility, and accountability while supporting strategic planning and day-to-day leadership operations.
Financial Management
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Track budget utilization, expenditures, and financial performance.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams on budget and vendor-related matters.
Process Governance & Management
Establish and maintain governance processes, operating rhythms, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor organizational KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Track action items, risks, issues, and decisions across leadership forums.
Ensure compliance with established governance and operational standards.
Executive Business Partner Support
Serve as the primary governance and operations support for the CXC Head.
Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and planning sessions.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, and communications.
Manage leadership action tracking and follow-through on key commitments.
Facilitate alignment and coordination across CXC leadership and supporting functions.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Governance, Business Operations, PMO, Executive Office, Finance, or similar roles.
Experience supporting senior leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Telecommunications, technology, or digital transformation experience is an advantage.
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite 2x WFH)
