Philtech Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Software/SaaS to lead spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives across all SaaS categories.
You will drive the full sourcing lifecycle and ensure value, compliance, and performance by partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
