Strategic Partnerships Sr Manager Value Added Services

About The Job

This role is mainly responsible for driving innovation and growth value-added services through product management, strategic partnerships, and seamless execution of new ideas or enhancements.

What You’ll Do

Partnerships and Business Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand VAS offerings (insurance, device protection, health, digital services, etc.)
• Source and evaluate new business opportunities, including joint ventures, distribution partnerships, and ecosystem plays
• Lead partner negotiations, structuring commercial terms and win-win agreements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners across industries
  
  

Corporate Development & New Business Build

• Support end-to-end acquisition and investment activities including target identification and screening, financial and strategic evaluation and business case development
• Coordinate due diligence across Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations and other potential impacted units across organization
• Assist in partnership structuring, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
  
  

Commercial Performance & Sustainability

• Develop business models to ensure long-term profitability and scalability of partnerships
• Define KPIs such as but not limited to sales performance, utilization, partner economics and customer impact
• Conduct regular business reviews and drive optimization initiatives
• Identify risks (operational, financial, regulatory) and propose mitigation plans
  
  

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations
• Manage strategic partner relationships and governance forums
• Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of partnerships
  
  

What You Need To Have

At least 8 years of experience in product/business development (preferably 2 years as managerial role)

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments

Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
