Strategic Partnerships Manager

The primary role is to drive our strategic inorganic growth initiatives, which encompass identifying and evaluating strategic transactions, alongside leading critical projects designed to future-proof the business in an evolving market.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, assess, and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership targets that align with our companys strategic objectives and growth aspirations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for these opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of strategic transactions.
• Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing our long-term competitiveness and resilience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Oversee and review critical project documentation related to tax, legal, compliance, and business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for project success.
  
  

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management, or banking preferably within the financial services or consumer finance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
