With a primary focus on supporting and executing marketing programs, you will be directly aligned to a Program Manager and/or internal Agency Ingram Micro associates to ensure successful outcomes. He/ She assist with the coordination of marketing projects and programs and may act as a resource to Marketing Managers by assisting with materials coordination and developing basic marketing documents. They may act as a point person between other internal marketing groups and ensure adequate flow of information within respective department. They organize and set priority of assigned workload for efficient execution. When appropriate, he/she escalates issues to Management.
Major Responsibility: Marketing Program Execution
Supporting Actions:
Acts as an overall liaison for program managers and other organizations, requesting and collating materials to enable timely marketing implementation. This includes planning and managing activities on a calendar. He/ She is expected to provide end-to-end solutions for any marketing activity executions discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Serves as a resource to program marketing managers by assisting with reports and materials management as well
as the development of marketing and/or process documents and administering project components whenever
necessary.
Assists with projects on a regular basis to support marketing campaigns and content deliverables.
Provides moderately complex reporting, database/leads scrubbing, tracking of unbilled activities, receipt allocation and expense management as requested by Marketing Managers.
Is knowledgeable marketing financials and is in participation with accounting calls to ensure accurate tracking of expense is in place.
End Results: A successful Sr. Associate in program management is efficient in tracking all marketing transactions, executions, and vendor contract deliverables. Transactions are processed timely and accurately, from start to finish according to the needs of the customers and the business. They are expected to be resourceful, proactive, and have strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills and building relationships.

Major Responsibility: Overseeing Project/Marketing Activities
Supporting Actions:
Manages relationship with designated contacts and providing administrative assistance pertinent to marketing executions such as but may not be limited to submitting of tracking numbers or request forms and monitoring of follow through on projects with dependencies on other correlated business units/departments. Provides ETA, tracking, status, and other information requested by the customer about the activity they are in need of assistance with. Podio calendar of activities management and approval monitoring is expected to be executed accordingly.
Capturing required Proof of Performance (POP). Assembling billing/invoice packets as needed. Upload completed POP’s in Podio for timely billing through close monitoring of marketing activities. Responds to calls/electronic support from customers within established service level parameters.
End Results: Effective utilization of all marketing tools and available data in communicating resolutions to overall stakeholders within service level agreements.
Percentage: 25%
Major Responsibility: Subject Matter Expert
Supporting Actions:
Creates and maintains Standard Operational Procedures to ensure accuracy of task executions. Prepare and maintain documentation of internal procedures, including transaction histories for system improvements.
Builds and conducts training for backup system to ensure business continuity planning is in place for each process level being managed.
Performs regular review/testing on tools and processes. May actively look for opportunities to develop new ideas to positively impact existing methods, services, or products.
Generates and sends comprehensive reporting/analytics to internal and external customers as necessary. Ensures compliance of business requirements are in place.
Act as a point of contact to share mastery, skillset and capabilities exhibited in the current role which shall be proactively shared to the team whenever challenges arise or when the supervisor is out.
End Results: Ensuring safekeeping of tribal knowledge is in place as we future proof the processes being executed by Manila resources.
Percentage: 15%
Major Responsibility: Administrative Tasks
Supporting Actions:
Facilitate meetings with onshore or offshore partners to ensure adequate flow of information to address any dependencies that may affect SLA measures of each department.
Document all tasks done daily through internal trackers and logs to ensure comprehensive monitoring of associates productivity is in place.
End Results: Enhanced collaboration, stimulate new ideas, and build a strong, cohesive in country culture.
