Salary Range: Open to discussion

The role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Learning and Development to lead the creation, facilitation, and management of learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will design engaging training materials, coordinate assessments, and work closely with various stakeholders to support employee growth and organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience managing small projects within a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver learning and development presentations and training content
• Plan and organize exams, training schedules, and inquiries to ensure smooth program execution
• Manage and coordinate small projects related to learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with company objectives and employee needs
• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders through clear and professional written and verbal correspondence
• Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Visio to create visual and engaging training materials
  
  

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in facilitating and creating learning and development programs
• Proven experience in exam planning, training inquiries, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Ability and willingness to work either morning or night shifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and professional email writing
• Experience managing small projects and collaborating with different teams
