The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for an experienced Squarespace Web Designer to join a fast-growing digital strategy and design team. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.

You’ll design and build stunning, responsive websites for a wide range of clients — combining design precision, brand understanding, and UX best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer first, with the technical know-how to customise layouts and templates for exceptional user experiences.

To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites in Squarespace CMS (versions 7.0 and 7.1), a sharp eye for visual hierarchy, and a solid grasp of both CSS and HTML.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and build visually engaging Squarespace websites (7.0 and 7.1) that align with each brand’s identity and audience needs


• Customise Squarespace templates using CSS and HTML to deliver unique, high-quality digital experiences


• Translate client briefs into clean, functional, and conversion-focused site designs


• Manage and update existing websites, maintaining design consistency and functionality


• Integrate and manage Squarespace features such as Ecommerce, Scheduling, Memberships, and Email Campaigns


• Ensure all sites meet modern UX/UI design standards and perform seamlessly across devices

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing websites using Squarespace CMS 7.0 and 7.1


• Can present a strong design portfolio showcasing clean, user-focused layouts


• Are proficient in CSS and HTML for template customisation and advanced styling


• Understand responsive design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout balance


• Are confident using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for visual design work


• Have experience managing entire web projects — from brief to launch — autonomously


• Communicate effectively, manage time well, and consistently meet deadlines


• Are detail-oriented, accountable, and motivated to deliver exceptional results

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

• Experience integrating advanced Squarespace modules such as Ecommerce, Scheduling, or Membership systems


• Familiarity with SEO best practices, including metadata optimisation and page structure


• Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools


• A passion for continuous improvement, design innovation, and digital storytelling

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday


• Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
