As a Specialist - Government Accounts Bid at B. Braun you plays a vital role in identifying government bidding opportunities, preparing compliant and competitive proposals, and managing the bidding process. The role ensures adherence to procurement regulations and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals aligned with the company’s strategic goals

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive Tender Management & Compliance – Lead bid conferences, manage submissions, and ensure full adherence to procurement regulations.
  • Spot Opportunities & Gather Intelligence – Identify bidding prospects, monitor bid status, and analyze win/loss trends for strategic improvement.
  • Shape Strategic Market Development – Develop beyond-tender strategies and anticipate policy and procurement trends to unlock growth.
  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships – Engage key government decision-makers and collaborate across teams to optimize initiatives.
  • Ensure Post-Tender Success – Oversee delivery, collections, and compliance to maximize contract execution and customer satisfaction.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government bidding or tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and bid management tools.
  • Strategic Thinker and highly customer focused
  • Works effectively in a cross functional teams and business units and across various levels of leadership
