Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Policy Servicing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing policy servicing tasks utilizing their expertise in MS Office and preferably have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires strong English communication skills and involves rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process policy servicing tasks efficiently to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze policy documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address policy servicing needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and track policy servicing requests to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance policy servicing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits of policy records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on policy servicing activities and present findings to management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy servicing processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance policy servicing capabilities.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient policy management.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English for effective client interactions.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts.
  • Preferably have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance domain understanding.
