With your expertise in MS Excel and experience in complaint management and call center operations you will ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. This office-based role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to track analyze and report order management data for improved decision-making.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy ensuring resolution and maintaining customer trust.
  • Collaborate with call center teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address any issues to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding their orders and inquiries.
  • Implement strategies to optimize order management processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of order management tasks.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to meet business needs and provide continuous support.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.

  • Possess experience in call center operations to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Show ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Display excellent English language skills for reading and writing.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in order management and customer service.
  • Showcase problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
