Responsibilities

SOX Compliance & Audit Execution

• Plan and execute SOX audits per annual audit plan or management/Audit Committee requests.
• Document and analyze audit evidence to support findings; prepare clear, accurate audit work papers and reports.
• Identify control gaps, track remediation efforts, and advise on internal control best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Support development of audit methodologies and annual audit plans.
• Stay current on business operations, IT, and industry standards; assess emerging risks and promote data analytics and automation.
  
  

• Analyze performance, strengths, and weaknesses of programs through weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue reports.
• Perform trend, growth, and variance analyses versus targets and historical performance using financial/operations reports.
• Conduct business case and post-review analysis on company investments and expenses.
• Perform detailed financial and operational reviews, including drivers affecting performance, impact of programs, and macroeconomic factors.
• Prepare and release timely Monthly Performance Review and Monthly Business Updates.
• Insights & Recommendations
• Communicate audit insights and actionable recommendations to management.
• Promote audit awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
  
  

• Experience: 14 years of audit experience (SOX compliance required); exposure to financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Knowledge: PFRS, GAAP, internal controls, risk management.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Previous work experience from top auditing firms (SGV, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) is highly desirable but not required.
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
