Solutions Designer Identity Security

General Responsibilities

The Solution Designer for Identity Security is responsible for the architectural development and delivery of new identity products, services, and enhancements. This role acts as the primary bridge between complex security requirements and user-centric design. You will lead the design team to ensure that identity solutions (such as Key Management, Secrets Management, MFA, Single Sign-On, and IGA) are not only robust and secure but also provide a seamless experience for end-users and administrators alike.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
• Must possess a strong technical background with the ability to read and understand source code and API documentation.
• Deep understanding of Identity Security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, FIDO2) and directory services (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Okta, Sailpoint).
• A strong background in business operations and process mapping to streamline identity governance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to translate complex security jargon into actionable business insights.
• At least 5 years of experience in product design, software development, or identity security solutions.
• Previous experience in digital product development or software design is essential.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet strategic enterprise objectives.
• A background in digital security or risk management is highly preferred.
