Job Description

Provide overall implementation direction, review designs of existing solutions to identify improvement plans against the current reference architecture and oversee technical implementation of additional services in existing solutions.

• Working with the other internal teams and business partners on the core propositions, solution, implementation strategy, and associated technical and/or product documentation
• Maintain an understanding of new technologies, architectures and products relevant to solutions/systems
• Maintain sufficient familiarity with the services business and associated application/systems requirements
• Responsible for the technical review of system level changes and provide input to plans/activities for changes to live systems
• Work with technical or business partners to get critical projects delivered
• Maintain great knowledge of the implemented technologies and products
• Provide project implementation support and define/refine practices to meet teams objectives
• Act as end to end technical lead for project implementations
• Provide a point of contact for all technical issues and to determine a course of action for specific deliverables.
