This role sits within a high-performing technology team, supporting a custom-built platform that powers clinical workflows, operations, and service delivery across the business.

This is not a typical QA role. You will take full ownership of quality across the platform—designing testing strategies, improving processes, and helping build automation capability from the ground up.

This is ideal for someone who thinks beyond test cases and asks: “What could break—and how do we prevent it?”

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across sprint and release cycles


• Write detailed test cases covering positive, negative, edge, and boundary scenarios


• Build and maintain scalable regression test suites


• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders


• Perform Production Verification Testing (PVT) before releases


• Take ownership of the end-to-end QA process, identifying gaps and improving systems


• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes


• Translate testing results into clear business impact insights


• Identify recurring issues and improve processes to prevent future defects


• Use AI tools to accelerate testing, generate scenarios, and improve documentation


• Work with developers to introduce and scale test automation practices


• Recommend and implement automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.)


• Contribute to building a modern, scalable QA function from the ground up

• Are based in the Philippines


• Have 4+ years of experience in Software QA roles with ownership of testing processes


• Have strong hands-on experience in:

  • Writing detailed test cases (including edge cases and negative scenarios)
  
  
  • Building and maintaining regression test suites
  
  
  • UAT coordination and defect validation
  
  
  
  


• Have experience working in Agile development environments


• Have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


• Are highly analytical and able to identify risks, gaps, and downstream impacts


• Are confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Have an automation mindset (even if not fully hands-on yet)

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, etc.)


• Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications (or similar platforms)


• Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)


• Experience testing APIs or complex system integrations


• Exposure to healthcare, disability, or compliance-driven environments


• Experience building QA processes or frameworks from scratch


• Strong interest in using AI tools to improve QA workflows and productivity

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

• Hybrid work set-up. Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
