This role sits within the Technology and Operations function, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and developers. You’ll support the delivery of high-quality software solutions by ensuring systems are tested, validated, and aligned with real business needs.

This is ideal for someone who is both analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work across testing, business analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

• Design and execute test plans and UAT processes to ensure systems meet business requirements


• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against end-user expectations


• Document and maintain system processes, workflows, and requirements


• Provide Level 1 (L1) support to internal users via service desk channels


• Investigate technical issues, user feedback, and recurring system problems


• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements


• Support agile development processes and continuous system enhancements


• Conduct user interviews and workshops to gather business requirements


• Assist in business analysis activities, including problem identification and solution design


• Prioritise tasks using value-effort frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders


• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Are based in the Philippines


• Has 4+ years of experience in Software QA, Business Analysis, or similar roles


• Have hands-on experience in:

• Have experience working in an Agile environment


• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Are confident communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders


• Have excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Experience in healthcare, disability, or service-based organisations


• Exposure to service desk or support environments (L1 support)


• Experience facilitating workshops or user interviews


• Familiarity with process improvement or systems optimisation


• Ability to balance technical validation with business context

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

• Hybrid work set-up. Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
