The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re hiring a Salesforce Developer to help design, build, and enhance Better Rehab’s CRM and Health suite on the Salesforce platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates, with only one (1) in-office day per month.

As part of the IT team, you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value. You’ll work in an Agile environment and contribute to projects that directly support healthcare professionals and improve client outcomes.

• Design, implement, test, and deploy custom-built solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Develop applications using Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Support release cycles by implementing updates and maintaining existing applications
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Software Lead in refining the product backlog
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Provide technical support during and after deployments
• Create and execute unit test cases and assist the UAT team with validation
• Develop and maintain detailed technical and product documentation
• Review other developers’ code and recommend best-practice improvements
  
  

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Have 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in a Salesforce environment
• Are proficient in Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, Validation Rules, Sharing & Security, and other Salesforce automation tools
• Have hands-on experience developing custom UIs using LWC
• Understand Salesforce.com integration via SOAP API, REST API, and Bulk API
• Possess solid knowledge of HTML, JSON, SQL, Java, and REST-based web services
• Are familiar with Git, Gearset, or Copado and follow Agile/DevOps principles
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Are analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference
  
  

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certifications
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application within Salesforce ecosystems
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
