Job Description
- Own and drive end-to-end social media strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Build structured content pillars covering financial education, lifestyle, product awareness, accessibility, and customer stories
- Lead, mentor, and guide content creators and influencers while maintaining high content quality standards
- Translate business objectives into platform-specific content formats, campaigns, and distribution strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to execute impactful social-first initiatives
- Analyse and optimise performance metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, retention, and Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) to maximise social media performance
- Must be able to provide a marketing portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines
- Proven track record of driving organic social media growth and engagement across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading content creators, creative teams, influencers, or social media functions
- Strong expertise in social-first strategy, storytelling, content development, community growth, and digital campaign execution
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content optimisation, audience behaviour, and social media analytics
- Experience within fintech, banking, technology, e-commerce, digital-first brands, media, or agency environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency with social media management, reporting, analytics, and content planning tools
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid social, attribution frameworks, and growth marketing is advantageous
