Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish the Shared Services function, including structure and operating model
  • Recruit, organize, and manage the initial accounting team
  • Plan staffing levels and monitor utilization and output
  • Lead process transitions and operational initiatives
  • Put in place basic workflows, controls, and performance tracking
  • Maintain service standards and drive continuous improvements
  • Work closely with business leaders and support teams


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing teams and day-to-day operations
  • Project management exposure, especially in setup or transition work
  • Understanding of accounting or finance processes
  • Effective communicator with a hands-on leadership style
