Role Description

This is a entry level, full-time, on-site, back-office role for a

Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Associate

who will be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig City office. The

Shared Services Specialist

is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls

while consistently meeting target

Average Handling Time (AHT).

Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with various departments

to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.

Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.

Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and effective resolution of complaints.

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

A

graduate

with a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.

At least

6 months of work experience

in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRMs and Zendesk System.

Willingness to work on a

dayshift/midshift (2PM - 12 MN) schedule , weekends, and/or holidays.

Willing to be assigned in

McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
