ACMobility is looking for a Service Analyst to support aftersales performance through accurate, timely, and actionable data insights across the dealer network. This role plays a critical part in enabling data‑driven decision‑making that improves operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The Service Analyst consolidates and analyzes service, parts, warranty, and customer experience data to identify trends, gaps, and performance drivers. Working within defined data governance standards, the role partners closely with Aftersales leadership, operations teams, and dealers to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
Consolidate aftersales data from multiple sources, including DMS, CRM, warranty systems, and internal trackers
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all service-related reports
Prepare and distribute regular aftersales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and dealer use
Monitor and analyze key service KPIs such as Units Received (UR), service retention, bay utilization, technician productivity, and job mix
Conduct variance and trend analysis to identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across dealers and regions
Generate actionable insights and dashboards to support operational planning and performance reviews
Support Aftersales Operations and management in data requirements for planning, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives
Maintain compliance with data governance standards, reporting protocols, and internal controls
Continuously improve reporting templates, tracking tools, and analytics processes to enhance usability and insight quality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance analytics, preferably within automotive, aftersales, or service operations
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with dashboards and reporting systems preferred
Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS), CRM, or warranty systems is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet strict timelines
