Job Description

Essential Duties

The role will be responsible with service billing with the following but not limited to:

Processing of service billing accurately and on a timely manner
Meter reading handling
Develop and maintain effective documentation and records

including internal trackers and database

Email management
Invoice preparation and adjustment
May handle minimal outbound calls for coordination purposes
Undergo cross-training and handle other LOBs (line of business)

as assigned by the Team Leader

Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK

& CBSC

Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and

collaborative working relationships with peers

Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

College in any discipline with relevant work experience
Intermediate computer skills and well versed in MS Office (Excel,

Word, Teams in particular)

Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic
