Senior Test Automation Engineer Playwright

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of software delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing processes are integrated seamlessly into the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts, monitoring application performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous enhancement of testing strategies, ensuring that high standards of quality are maintained throughout the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle. - Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to improve product quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall testing capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Playwright. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Familiarity with API testing and security testing frameworks. - Proficient in scripting languages for test automation. - Experience with version control systems such as Git.
