Senior Systems Engineer L3 L4 Azure And Microsoft 365 Expertise Required

Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

You will play a key role in managing, securing, and optimising the company’s Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. Acting as a senior technical escalation point, you’ll ensure reliable operations across identity, access, and endpoint management while driving automation through PowerShell. You’ll maintain compliance and performance standards, contribute to processes, and collaborate with teams to deliver a secure, efficient, and well-governed IT environment.

What we are looking for

This role requires a strong Microsoft focused platform engineering mindset, focused on reliability, automation, and scalability. A solid understanding of Azure services is essential, particularly around IaaS, PaaS, networking, and identity. You will be comfortable owning the platform and enabling others to deliver with speed and safety.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Microsoft Azure – strong hands-on experience managing networking, compute, storage, and security components, including vNETs, Azure Firewall, WAFs, Load Balancers, NSGs, and Key Vaults.
• Microsoft 365 Administration & Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Endpoint Management & Security
• Windows & Linux Server Management Automation & Scripting
• Cloud Security & Governance
• Monitoring & Observability
• Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD
• Communication & Collaboration

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Familiarity with Remote Management and Maintenance tools.
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Exposure to Python scripting or multi-language automation environments.
• Broader understanding of hybrid cloud or on-premise integrations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
