Senior Solution Architect

We are now looking for a highly experienced Sr. Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

What you will do:

• Analyze customer 4G/5G network and propose technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with customer in identifying pain points and create value-added services (including Add on Sales)
• Develop technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Stay abreast on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
  
  

The Skills you bring:

• Minimum years of experience: 10 years+ in Telecommunications
• Excellent knowledge of 5G, LTE landscape, strategies and technology roadmaps
• Experience and solid understanding in 5G radio products, layering strategies, architecture for NSA and SA solutions, mmWave, and Cloud RAN
• Experience in leading team and driving 5G advanced optimization services, Proof of Concept (PoC) and network trials
• Strong deep level troubleshooting skills with network performance to achieve KPIs
• Strong 3GPP knowledge and ITU standards
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate team
• Demonstrate working under pressure in fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong pre-sales experience and business acumen
