Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop effective, maintainable code in a timely manner
• Follow established coding standards and best practices; assist in defining and improving standards
• Participate in and conduct peer code reviews
• Collaborate with business and technical analysts to ensure solutions meet functional requirements
• Document and share key technical information with team members for reference or knowledge‑base use
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely status updates to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, business‑critical production issues with urgency
• Act as a technical mentor and resource for junior team members
