Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead - Hybrid

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global leader in tech in their search for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead to report to BGC on a hybrid set up.

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: BGC

Your Responsibilities

• Implement of various ServiceNow modules, Complex integrations, solution using industry best practices
• Develop ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
• Manage end to end ServiceNow platform
• Handle Document Management and HRSD
• Handle REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST, and SOAP API creation
• Take care of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server
• Implement ServiceNow project in Domain separated instances
• Install and manage MID Server
• Develop custom applications
• Implement LDAP/Active Directory/SSO
• Implement Orchestration use cases
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
• Must have at least 8 years of experience within the IT Industry.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Worked on multiple ServiceNow modules
• Design and modification of complex integrations
• Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
• Certified System Admin
• CIS, Certified Application developer
• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
