Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a Senior Planner to join our growing Project Services team.

The tasks youll perform

• Establish Project schedules including resourcing, logic sequence and duration of each phase of the project including project development, planning approvals, land acquisition, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction and commissioning.
• Ensure contractual progress performance is tracked and reported against the Project Master Schedule baseline and all outcomes, risks and concerns are identified and communicated with all project stakeholders.
• Read and interpret all typical design deliverables such as flow sheets, P&ID’s drawings, equipment lists and other data required to prepare and maintain a Project Schedule.
• Following the progress updates, the Senior Planner will be required to analyse the PMS and identify:
• Roles and Responsibility assignment to activities
• Resource requirements
• Critical or schedule risk tasks
• S curves – Progress, manning, commodities
• Contract strategies or opportunities
• Evaluate project progress to ensure that it is meeting budgetary and deadline objectives. Recognise progress concerns and report immediately to the Project Managers to ensure projects are completed within both budgetary and schedule constraints.
  
  

The expertise youll bring

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification is desired.
• 8+ years’ postgraduate experience in a similar position.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
• Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
