Senior Performance Test Engineer Grafana K6

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, conducting continuous testing for various aspects of the application, and actively participating in code reviews. You will also be responsible for creating automated scripts and monitoring the testing process to identify and report defects, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality. - Monitor and analyze testing results to identify areas for improvement. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
