This is a role partnering closely with Commercial leaders to build capabilities, lead change, and champion a culture grounded in PMI DNA and Growth at PMI behaviors.
What Is Expected of You
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, strategist, and coach to Commercial leaders. You will influence and shape organizational initiatives, lead change management, develop talent pipelines, and drive programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, engagement, and overall people experience.
You will also ensure people practices across the Commercial organization are aligned with global P&C standards while being responsive to the unique needs of the business.
Lead Organizational Change & Optimization
- Lead major organizational design, change, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Commercial function leaders.
- Provide proactive guidance on change management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strategic P&C Advisory
- Advise, consult, and coach leaders on strategic people topics such as workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and leadership effectiveness.
- Strengthen managerial capabilities and foster a culture of continuous performance improvement.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Partner with leaders to build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Facilitate talent mapping, succession discussions, performance calibration, and development planning.
- Deploy tailored learning and leadership development solutions aligned with business needs.
Employee Insights, Engagement & Culture
- Translate employee insights into actionable solutions that improve well‑being, inclusion, engagement, and managerial effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of PMI DNA behaviors and Growth at PMI mindset through localized initiatives.
Employee Relations & Policy Governance
- Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Partner with P&C Centers of Expertise and Services teams to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a P&C or HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A self-driven professional who is an advanced student or holds a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field
- A proficient English speaker with good communication and presentation skills to cooperate with Customers efficiently
- A person with at least 1 year of experience in OTC process (preferable with AR & Credit Management)
- A person with organizational agility and prioritization
- With experience in using Microsoft Office tools
- SAP experience is a huge asset
- With very good interpersonal skills – a person who appreciates collaboration with other team members and is oriented in team results delivery
- With good analytical & research skills combined with high attention to details

- In this position you will earn no less that 8 900 PLN gross monthly
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Perform high-level service related to credit management, accounts receivable, reporting for Europe market
- Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
- Ensure timely collection of funds and cash application in coordination with Treasury, Finance and Commercial teams involved
- Ensure high level of customer service, maintain proper management and resolution of issues and queries from the market side/any stakeholders
- Cooperate effectively with all partners in the process: market Finance and Commercial teams as well as other PMI Business Solutions streams: Record to Report, Treasury etc.
- Participate as key user in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization
