Position Overview
This individual contributor role establishes and leads the RTM/CDE/RED framework and strategy, clearly defining the RTM/CDE/RED LRP & ABP, that helps drive consistent & improved execution and tracking in the country. These plans should support topline revenue growth, system margin expansion & build team capability. These plans also entail leading the development of the right cost structure for profitability in RTM/CDE/RED using all platforms (including digital & B2B in collaboration with Digital Commerce) to determine best approach for optimal customer & consumer reach by market
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Right Execution Ddaily (RED)
- Lead the delivery of the ASP commercial scorecard, updated monthly by working closely with the CCL leads for any inputs and support required. Ensure seamless alignment with the teams to capture the most updated numbers and to meet the required scorecard delivery timelines.
- Lead the delivery of the Quarterly Business Update (QBB) & the ASP OULT quarterly update by working closely with the FCL lead for any inputs and support required. Ensure seamless alignment with the CCL teams to capture the most updated numbers and facts before constructing these updates and submitting to meet the required timelines.
- Develop the RED LRP & ABP roadmap including the assessment of current RED and outlining the pathway to RED 2.0 for the country in partnership with the Senior Director Channel & Franchise as well as the bottler counterpart.
- Consolidate all inputs from the CCL functions and act as the point integrator for the Philippines and liaison with the OU LRP & ABP team. Deliver on all asks and CCL requirements in this regard and work closely with the CCL leads for any inputs, support, and alignment. This includes all planning and delivery of requirements for the Garage week that helps in socialization and clarification of key topics as part of the ABP process.
Route-to-Market (RTM)
- Undertake detailed market assessments to help identify gaps and opportunities to further supplement the development of VTM solutions to maximize availability of KO brands as well as optimizing the revenue growth from new TCCC brands targeted for scale. Support the network of RGM and RTM/VTM experts that help drive the portfolio strategy.
- Develop the RTM LRP & ABP roadmap including the assessment of current RTM and outlining the pathway for the future for the country in partnership with the Senior Director Channel & Franchise as well as the bottler counterpart. Support the design & rollout of RTM plans by providing support to the bottling teams with pilots and scaleup. Leverage global and OU learnings to accelerate our portfolio distribution, salesforce effectiveness, reduction in out-of-stocks & cost-to-serve optimization using the RTM framework (sense, shape, and service demand).
- Support implementation of the Value to Market Framework, cocreate toolkits that guide RTM implementation with a focus on long term deployable and scaled system solutions for KO and Bottlers. Support the teams (KO & bottler) in building capabilities and landing the optimal VTM plans in the markets.
- Conduct in market workshops and interventions with our frontline and bottling teams to socialize and guide through the VTM & eRTM process. Help in the design of a seamless tracking and reporting framework, and influence bottlers to improve the reporting processes and use digital capability for easy access & actionability. Partner with platform services to leverage advanced analytics in this regard.
Cold Drinks Equipment (CDE)
- Develop the CDE LRP & ABP roadmap including the assessment of current CDE and outlining the pathway for the future for the country in partnership with the Senior Director Channel & Franchise as well as the bottler counterpart. Support the design & rollout of CDE plans by providing support to the bottling teams with pilots and scaleup.
- Leverage global and OU learnings to accelerate our CDE rollout including equipment types and procurement of the most cost effective solutions.
- Undertake detailed market assessments to help identify gaps and opportunities to further supplement the development of CDE solutions to maximize cold availability of KO brands as well as optimizing the revenue growth from new planograms by channel and area.
- Support scaled, efficient and speedy execution of the purchased equipment to drive incremental volume and revenue for the country in partnership with the bottler
Education Requirements
Business degree qualification minimum
- At least 6 years of leadership experience in Commercial planning and execution with good understanding of Commercial and Channel Strategy, RGM, Segmentation, VTM, CDE, RED and Innovation and Portfolio strategy.
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
- Ability to think from planning to execution and identify capability gaps and opportunities.
- Bottler Experience preferred

- This role requires very solid system experience and perspective, strong system business fundamentals across a broad range of markets and business dimensions - combined with the ability to understand complex business concepts.
- To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, strong Consumer- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality– the ability to conceptualize capability development plans from scratch and implement the same.
- The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Operating Units C&CL as our Bottling Partners.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, in support of the capability agenda.
