Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team and senior leaders to develop data‑driven sales strategies aligned with company goals, industry dynamics, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Craft compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to the unique needs, challenges, and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with merchant partners and potential clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and understanding their evolving business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned merchant partners, conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and gather insights to support product or service improvements.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, monitoring competitive activity, and staying updated on market developments.
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding targets through disciplined tracking, proactive follow‑ups, and strategies that accelerate deal conversion and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key clients, outlining clear objectives, action steps, and timelines to drive long‑term success and achieve revenue targets.


The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate strong documentation and tracking skills using tools such as Excel, Word, and internal platforms (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack).
  • Provide excellent support in a client‑facing capacity, backed by at least one (2-5) years of relevant experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including coordinating with senior‑level merchant or client representatives.
  • Apply a solid understanding of payment processes or similarly complex operational domains to support merchants and internal teams.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment involving multiple stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and delivering consistently high‑quality output.
