Our R&D team is looking for a creative, passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to join our next‑generation medical imaging platform.

We are seeking a high‑impact full‑stack engineer with a strong can‑do attitude, hands‑on experience with modern architecture, and a passion for building scalable, high‑quality products using cutting‑edge technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be an active member of a Scrum/Agile team developing enterprise‑grade medical imaging products
  • Work closely with Product Owners, UX, and Architecture to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans
  • Lead features end‑to‑end - from requirements and design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring
  • Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance, and security decisions
  • Design and develop robust, maintainable, and testable backend and frontend components
  • Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in distributed systems
  • Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and engineering best practices
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Solid experience with backend technologies:
  • Experience designing APIs for scalability, performance, and security
  • Solid experience with frontend technologies:
  • Experienced in using TypeScript
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Experience working with cloud‑native or cloud‑ready architectures
  • Solid experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated build/deploy processes
  • .NET / .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Web Services, Windows services
  • Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • React, Angular (2+), or equivalent modern framework
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code, and design principles
  • Proven exposure to AI‑assisted development tools and modern productivity practices
  • Proven analytical mindset, high ownership, and a strong can‑do attitude
  • Proven excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven team player, self‑learner (autodidact), and solid collaborator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Experience developing applications in medical, healthcare, or other regulated environments
  • Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and imaging standards such as HL7 (v2/v3, FHIR) and DICOM,
  • Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
  • Understanding of compliance considerations (data privacy, security, auditability, and regulatory requirements)"
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event‑driven design
