The AI layer for the dental industry has not been built yet. The product is proven, but the sprint team building it is growing — and this hire is the build layer that makes the rest of the pipeline work.

The person who joins now as Full Stack Developer doesnt inherit a finished queue. You will be the engineer who sets the standard for what "done" looks like in a sprint — building the features that internal operations teams and 2,000+ dental labs depend on daily, and doing it to the quality gate, sprint after sprint. The habits and practices you establish here become the baseline for how the engineering team scales.

• Sprint delivery— build features end-to-end in C#/.NET and React/JavaScript, from user story to self-tested, Business Gate-ready submission, every sprint
• Build quality— write and run your own unit and integration tests; every acceptance criteria scenario is covered before the ticket leaves your hands
• Code standards— participate in code reviews as both reviewer and recipient; apply best practices consistently and flag what isnt meeting the bar

This is not a ticket-taking role with someone else owning the outcome. You work within a structured sprint cadence - requirements come from the Systems Analyst team, architecture is owned by a Principal Engineer, and deployment is owned by DevOps. That structure exists to let you build fast with clear handoffs, not to take ownership away from you. What you own completely is the quality of what you build and the reliability of what you commit to. If youre looking for a role where "I built it" is enough - this isnt it. If you want a role where "I built it, tested it, and it passed the gate" is the standard, thats exactly what this is.

This is not a cost-center role and Manila is not a support function. Our Manila team leads engineering and operations - the product ships from here. If youve seen Philippines office mean something smaller at other companies, that is not what this is.

The next 12 months will see expanded AI pipeline infrastructure supporting dental design automation at increased scale across new markets - and the application layer that carries it needs to be built now, ahead of that growth.

• Hands-on development experience in C# and Microsoft .NET - where you personally owned feature delivery end-to-end, not just contributed to someone elses codebase
• A track record of full-stack ownership - front-end through back-end, with proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript and database work in MSSQL Server and Transact-SQL
• Self-testing discipline - you understand what "done" means before a ticket leaves your hands, and your Business Gate first-pass rate shows it
• The instinct to raise blockers and conflicts early - ambiguities get surfaced at sprint planning, not mid-sprint; risks get raised at standup, not in a report
• Communication that is clear, fast, and written - we are distributed and async writing is a core skill, not a soft one
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum delivery environments is a strong advantage - youll operate within a structured sprint cadence from day one
