Job Description

Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Finance Manager Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
