Senior Finance Manager

The role is accountable for driving the overall portfolio profitability, evaluating returns on strategic investments (organic and inorganic), and shaping capital allocation across customers, technology (AI/transformation), and talent. This leader also co-champions the company’s finance transformation agenda with the Chief Finance Officer, ensuring Home Credit Philippines builds a scalable, efficient, and future-ready financial engine.

What Youll Do

Strategic Investments & Value Creations

• Act as the first line of challenge and defense on all strategic investments—organic growth initiatives, new business opportunities, and potential M&A.
• Define, monitor, and steer North Star Key Performance Indicators to maximize Return of Investment on customer, technology/AI, and talent investments.
• Serve as the finance lead for the technology transformation and AI agenda, ensuring investments translate into measurable performance uplift.
• Drive cost-structure optimization to enhance resilience and efficiency across economic cycles.
  
  

Finance Transformation Leadership

• Co-lead the end-to-end finance transformation journey with the Cheif Finance Officer, modernizing processes, systems, and decision frameworks.
• Partner with internal teams and external experts to deliver transformation initiatives that uplift finance capability and organizational agility.
  
  

Pricing, Profitability & Commercial Strategy

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Commercial Finance on portfolio profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial levers.
• Act as the Deputy to the Head of Commercial Finance for enterprise-level strategic initiatives, driving alignment with senior leadership and steering execution.
