💼 Role: Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer

🎯 Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Teams, and Enterprise Mobility & Security (EMS).
💻 Manage modern desktop environments using Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
🔒 Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD, DLP, AIP, and Azure security services.
📱 Administer Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and enterprise mobility solutions across multiple platforms.
🛠️ Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation management for workplace technologies.
📊 Monitor managed devices and services to ensure compliance with service standards and operational excellence.
📝 Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and improve support processes.
🤝 Collaborate with customers, project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements.
🚀 Support project implementations, technology rollouts, and change management activities.
🎓 Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.

✅ 3–5 years of experience in a Level 2/3 End User Computing (EUC) or Microsoft Modern Workplace support role.
✅ Previous experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, Office 365, EMS, and Azure AD.
✅ Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, hybrid environments, co-management, and endpoint deployment technologies.
✅ Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions including Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD, DLP, AIP, and Azure AD PIM.
✅ Experience supporting desktop virtualization, Citrix, remote access solutions, and SaaS applications.
✅ Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management.
✅ PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
✅ Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
✅ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

⭐ Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Modern Workplace, or Endpoint Management.
⭐ Experience with JAMF, iOS device management, or Apple device administration.
⭐ Exposure to enterprise-scale endpoint management, mobility, and security projects.
