In This Job You Will

Purpose of the role:

Deliver global IT support for customer endpoint devices and application servers. Ensure the effective management of endpoint devices by way of imaging and patching. Similarly ensure that servers are patched according to the global schedule.

Main Responsibilities

Service Delivery and Support:

  • Provide support by addressing endpoint IT support requests and incidents from the ITSM system.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction

Communication, Knowledge And Change Management

  • Communicate effectively
  • Change management compliance
  • Build and maintain a knowledge repository

Managing Environment Consisting Of

  • Windows Active Directory
  • AWS
  • VMWare ESXi
  • Windows Server Administration of 2012r1- 2022
  • Windows 10 Pro/LTSC Support
  • WSUS Server Management

Security Management Of Global Endpoint Devices Which Consist Of

  • Endpoint Hardening of Devices
  • Endpoint Windows Patching of Devices
  • Windows Server Patching

Business Processes Improvement

  • Propose and implement action plans to automate and improve efficiency without compromising quality or adding unacceptable risk
  • Manage risks and guarantee business continuity
  • Contribute to - and act based on - internal audits, Images etc

About The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
  • Atleast 3-4 years related experience as Endpoint IT support
  • Administration of the following system: Active Directory, VPN client, WSUS, PRTG, Group Policies (local & Server), Scripting, Windows Server and Windows 10 Pro/LTSC
  • Experience in patching, supporting legacy environments, active directory, security patches to endpoint services, troubleshooting endpoint issues
  • Strong working knowledge in the ff: Computing, Windows Group Policy Management (local & Server), VMWare ESXi, Windows Server 2012r2 – 2022, Scripting (Powershell and Command Prompt), WSUS (not essential), AWS (not essential), Networking (not essential), Computer Hardware (Strong Knowledge), Great Troubleshooting Skills
  • Good to have: background in the airline/airport industry.
  • Preferably with experience in the ff: Itarian, PDQ, PRTG, VNC and Mesh Commandor
  • Experience in the coordination of IT operations / projects
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Clear verbal and written communication. Strong command of the English language
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days onsite). Location: BGC Taguig
  • Flexibility to work on either morning, mid or nightshift is expected. (mostly mid and nightshift)
  • May be asked to travel for deployment activities
