Job Description

Build, enhance and maintain the platform and its products by developing clean, scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and microservice/event‑driven architectures.
Collaborate with a distributed cross-functional team.
Contribute to code quality through pair programming, pull request reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Design and maintain infrastructure as code to support reliable, scalable backend systems
Capable of end-to-end project delivery, mentoring, and driving optimization initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Backend Engineer (NodeJS) Should Have

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Proficiency in NodeJS, Typescript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong knowledge of database management systems and API development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Mentorship experience working and guiding junior colleagues.
