Senior Associate - Credit Card Operations

PURPOSE

Senior Associates in Credit Card will be responsible for processing credit card applications in the CitiManager system within Bayer, as well as monitoring transactions for compliance and assisting with any related customer inquiries.

Your Task And Responsibilities

Credit Card Processing

• Process credit card requests such as new credit card applications, cancellations, and limit changes while ensuring global and local policies are followed (basic to complex countries).
  
  

Credit Card Monitoring and Analysis

• Analyze and monitor monthly delinquencies to ensure credit card balances are paid immediately.
  
  

Cardholder Maintenance

• Perform cardholder maintenance updates and account reconciliations based on HR and Citi data to ensure proper interface between the employee’s credit card and Concur accounts.
• Perform blocking/unblocking of credit cards on a weekly basis.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify and drive process improvements within Concur and the credit card program to maintain best practices.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with Citi and Local Program Administrators to improve the quality of service provided to cardholders.
• Provide end-user instructions and resolve queries.
  
  

System and Project Support

• Partner with the Expense Operations team to ensure system interfaces related to Concur systems and the credit card program operate effectively.
• Support in project transition.
  
  

Reporting and Training

• Perform ad-hoc reporting.
• Conduct end-to-end training.
  
  

Who You Are

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Able to organize tasks properly and set the right priorities
• Able to work under pressure and high adaptability to changing environments
• Able to deliver results with high quality and contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• At least 1-year technical expertise in CitiManager
• Knowledge in Credit Card Application Process
• Knowledge MS Office Excel and Power point user.
• Excellent English skills (spoken/written) as well as communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel occasionally
