Senior Analyst - Compliance

AUDIT

• Maintain a robust internal audit process encompassing all areas of the Australian Valuation Advisory
  
  

Business

• Undertake internal audits [compliance audits for valuation reports and business workflow processes /
  
  

documentation] for Australia, APAC and potentially Globally

• Document review, including collation, distribution and filing according to policies and
  
  

procedures

• Liaise with different internal groups through emails, phone calls and video meetings
• Report audit results on a regular basis to Head of Risk - Australia
  
  

SUPPORTING RISK

• Assist with the development and maintenance of robust internal risk and compliance system/s, identify
  
  

and analyse key business risks to mitigate exposure

• Support Australian / APAC Risk Team in registering and maintaining Event / Incident Registers for
  
  

Australian business and potentially other JLL VA countries.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in risk management and compliance
• Support and manage risk systems
• Support Head of Risk as required
• Address all actions identified by the Head of Risk
• Identify and escalate risk and compliance issues to Head of Risk.
  
  

TEAM FOCUS

• Undertake assigned work consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility
• Attend team meetings as well as other internal meetings for Risk, actively contributing ideas and
  
  

suggestions for continuous improvements in processes and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 3 years Experience in Audit, Compliance, Quality, or similar experience will be considered
• Graduate of Real Estate, or any business course
• Advanced proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong administrative skills in organization and time management
• Exceptional reporting, analytics and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
