Job Description

Design & Strategy: Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
Infrastructure Leadership: Define the stack (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes) and decide between bespoke builds versus leveraging existing LLM APIs and cloud-native services.
System Integration: Ensure AI components interface seamlessly with traditional software architectures, focusing on low latency and high availability.
Governance & Ethics: Implement rigorous standards for model bias, data privacy, and explainability.
Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists, translating complex business problems into technical roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications

The Blueprint: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and a solid grasp of distributed computing (Spark, Ray).
LLM Expertise: Proven experience with Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning large-scale models.
Operations Savvy: Strong knowledge of MLOps—you know that a model is only as good as the pipeline that sustains it.
Communication: The ability to explain the difference between a stochastic process and a deterministic one to a stakeholder without their eyes glazing over.
