What Youll Do
Ground Activation Strategy & Execution (Core Focus)

• Identify and prioritize high-conversion activation zones based on foot traffic, user quality, and commercial potential
• Design and execute scalable activation playbooks across environments (transport hubs, campuses, retail, events)
• Plan and deploy field teams (staffing, shifts, scripts, training) to maximize conversion and efficiency
• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all activation sites
  
  
  
  
  

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Own and track key metrics:
• CAC (Cost per acquisition)
• Conversion rates (signup → KYC → deposit)
• ARPU and transaction behavior
  
  
  
  
• Analyze performance by location, staff, incentive, and messaging
• Continuously optimize deployment strategy to improve ROI and scalability
  
  
  
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage activation agencies and vendors, including negotiation, pricing, and performance accountability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Community, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to ground activation / field marketing / offline acquisition
• Proven experience managing large-scale on-ground deployments (multi-location, 50+ staff)
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CAC, and performance optimization
• Experience managing vendors/agencies and negotiating contracts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly execution-driven environment
• Preferably with experience in fintech, telco, e-wallet, or crypto
• Familiarity with referral systems, incentives, and growth loops
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, BI tools)
